Christian Farmers Federation of Ontario Excited to Attend Breakfast on the Farm on June 22, 2024, in Ottawa
The Christian Farmers Federation of Ontario (CFFO) is thrilled to announce our participation in the upcoming Breakfast on the Farm event, hosted by Farm & Food Care Ontario. This exciting event, which takes place three times a year, highlights the connection between the food on our breakfast plates and the farms that produce these items. This year, the event will be held at a dairy farm near Ottawa on Saturday, June 22, 2024, and is expected to attract over 3,000 attendees.
For the first time, CFFO will be attending this event, and we are eager to promote our CFFO Farm Equipment Road safety messages. These messages are designed to connect urban drivers with farmers and community members who use roadways to plant, harvest, cultivate, and produce the food, fuel, and fiber essential to our daily lives.
"Attending Breakfast on the Farm offers us a unique opportunity to share our road safety messages beyond the farming community," said Mackenna Roth, CFFO Marketing and Communications. "Interacting with urban drivers and their families at this well-attended event will help bridge the gap between our need to get our work done safely and their need to use the roadways to get to their destinations. We all want to get home safely to our families."
